Sustainability Initiative

Implement energy-efficient technologies in facilities and processes.
Reduce water usage and improve waste management.
Encourage employees to adopt sustainable practices, such as carpooling or using public transportation.
Source raw materials from environmentally responsible suppliers.

Develop and promote products that use recycled ocean plastics or other eco-friendly materials.
Participate in or sponsor beach cleanups and other ocean waste removal events.
Collaborate with organizations and initiatives focused on ocean waste reduction and marine conservation.
Create public awareness campaigns to educate consumers about the importance of reducing ocean waste.

Replace traditional packaging materials with biodegradable, compostable, or recycled alternatives.
Implement minimal packaging designs that use less material without compromising product protection.

Develop and implement a comprehensive DEI policy that addresses recruitment, retention, promotion, and development of employees from diverse backgrounds.
Provide regular DEI training and workshops for employees at all levels to increase awareness, promote understanding, and develop inclusive behaviors.
Establish Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to provide support and networking opportunities for employees from various backgrounds, and to promote cross-cultural understanding.
Set diversity targets for representation at all levels of the organization, including leadership positions, and track progress towards those goals.
