Ocean Waste Reduction Initiative

• Participate in or sponsor beach cleanups and other ocean waste removal events.

• Collaborate with organizations and initiatives focused on ocean waste reduction and marine conservation.

• Create public awareness campaigns to educate consumers about the importance of reducing ocean waste.

Neutral Carton Initiative

• Replace traditional packaging materials with biodegradable, compostable, or recycled alternatives.

• Implement minimal packaging designs that use less material without compromising product protection

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

• Develop and implement a comprehensive DEI policy that addresses recruitment, retention, promotion, and development of employees from diverse backgrounds.

• Provide regular DEI training and workshops for employees at all levels to increase awareness, promote understanding, and develop inclusive behaviors.

• Establish Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to provide support and networking opportunities for employees from various backgrounds, and to promote cross-cultural understanding.

• Set diversity targets for representation at all levels of the organization, including leadership positions, and track progress towards those goals.
