Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Experience managing and developing a high-performing sales team.
Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
