About the Role
The Sales Representative will collaborate with the sales team to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to the growth of the company.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products or services, target market, and competition.
Identify and generate leads through various methods, such as cold calling, networking, attending trade shows, or leveraging social media.
Conduct research to identify potential clients and their needs.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals tailored to each client's specific requirements.
Establish, develop, and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and terms in line with company policies.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, customer service, and technical support, to address client needs and provide a seamless customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and customer feedback using CRM software or other tools.
Attend sales meetings, workshops, and training sessions to continuously improve sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise.
Requirements
Minumum 4 years experience in flooring or home improvment industry
Familar with the prodcuts and customers in the area
Work remotely
